Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain on-prem and VPC instances of Reducto’s systems.
- Build tooling to enhance deployment speed, reliability, and debugging.
- Create diagnostics, dashboards, and evaluation harnesses for performance tracking.
- Write internal documentation and playbooks for repeatable deployments.
- Collaborate with customers, support, and core engineers for high-impact improvements.
- Act as a feedback loop to product and infrastructure teams.
- Work directly with founders and customers to influence product direction.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience deploying software in production settings.
- Proficient in Python and comfortable with Bash and infrastructure.
- Strong familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Ability to build custom tools for testing and data creation.
- Quantitative approach to product development and debugging.
