Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute automated UI and API tests.
- Build tools that improve software testability.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing against specified standards and user requirements.
- Develop and review test plans, test cases, and scripts with business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify defects, recommend corrective action, and perform root cause analyses.
- Escalate issues and blockers and implement process improvements for testing activities.
- Use GitHub and other AI-assisted tools to improve testing speed, coverage, and effectiveness.
- Assess risk in business decisions and safeguard the firm, clients, and assets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java, Python, Kubernetes, and SQL.
- At least 3 years of experience with strong coding skills in Java, Python, or C#.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building BDD automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, or Mocha.
- Good understanding of databases and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Basic knowledge of microservice-based architectures, the Software Development Lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience with Loan IQ is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
