Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and oversee scalable Selenium-based test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Develop automated validation suites for data pipelines, ETL workflows, automation platforms, server-side components, APIs, microservices, database layers, and dashboard outputs.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, UI, API, ETL, data-quality, load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Validate data integrity, consistency, aggregation, and expected-versus-actual results using complex SQL and Oracle queries.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, estimates, regression suites, and other QA project artifacts.
- Review business requirements documents and expected values and translate them into reusable test scenarios.
- Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and partner with engineering teams on remediation and re-testing.
- Use Jira for defect management, test tracking, and workflow governance.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of QA experience with strong emphasis on test automation, ETL/data quality, and enterprise automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks using technologies such as Python, Pytest, Robot Framework, or PowerShell.
- Strong Selenium experience, including automation design, framework patterns, and maintenance, along with complementary manual-testing expertise.
- Experience testing automation and data-processing platforms such as Xceptor, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
- Experience testing modern web applications, RESTful APIs, service-based architectures, databases, and microservices.
- Hands-on performance-testing experience and ability to translate findings into engineering improvements.
- Strong SQL and Oracle skills for complex data validation, reconciliation, and automated query-based testing.
- Ability to interpret Excel-based business requirements and expected values and perform large-scale expected-versus-actual data comparisons.
- Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, data lakes, data warehouses, and BI or dashboard validation is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau, CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, DevOps-integrated QA practices, and formats such as Excel, CSV, XML, and JSON is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

- Primary location full-time salary range of $120,800.00–$170,800.00.
