Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis to identify key customer requirements.
- Configure and deliver compelling solution demonstrations of Veeva LIMS.
- Guide customers to best-in-class solutions using industry experience.
- Provide solution-oriented responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Lead workshops and Proof of Concepts to enhance customer understanding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
- Support marketing activities such as webinars and industry events.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with LIMS applications in the manufacturing sector.
- 3+ years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech or regulated industry.
- Knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in Pharma/Biotech.
- Willingness to travel 20-40%, primarily in the EU.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of process design and Quality processes.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
