Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical roadmap for the A&R and Fan Insights platforms.
- Act as the technical lead for a small, expert squad.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define requirements.
- Ensure high technical standards across both Frontend and Data disciplines.
- Champion AI-native development and leverage modern agentic tools.
- Manage deployment patterns and infrastructure as code.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting and scaling robust backend systems.
- Proficiency in Scala or Golang for backend services.
- Comfort with Next.js and React for frontend development.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and container orchestration.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern agentic tools.
