Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop applications and systems using large language models, generative AI, and cloud AI services.
- Design scalable production pipelines for cloud and on-premises deployment.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Manage and coordinate team activities while mentoring junior team members.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required, including at least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Strong knowledge of AI model deployment strategies in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience developing and optimizing generative AI models for real-world applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design scalable AI pipelines with production quality and reliability.
- Experience with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
