Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready AI applications and systems using cloud AI services and generative AI models.
- Develop and apply NLP, deep learning, neural networks, chatbot, and image processing solutions.
- Design and manage cloud or on-premises application pipelines for scalable production deployment.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI technologies.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advise multiple teams, and contribute to cross-team technical decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics, or Statistics from premium institutes such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, or ISIs.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience designing and implementing generative AI and deep learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services supporting AI workloads and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to optimize AI models for production performance and scalability.
- Deep subject-matter expertise, influencing and advisory skills, and experience making decisions across multiple teams.
