Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions, drive design decisions, review complex code, and influence engineering processes.
- Work across the full stack using advanced engineering tools, patterns, and modern development practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and implement permanent, scalable fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align technical direction with business and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, technology evaluation, and platform capability enhancements.
- Lead complex technical initiatives and mentor engineers across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is required.
- Significant experience building and scaling SaaS or product-based applications.
- Expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, REST/WCF, SQL Server, and modern web development technologies.
- Strong architectural expertise with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Git, ORMs, dependency injection, testing frameworks, secure coding practices, and performance engineering.
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems, lead technical strategy, and influence engineering excellence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Exposure to Umbraco or SharePoint is preferred.
- Knowledge of OAuth, Okta, ADFS, or Identity Server is preferred.
