Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance ABAP solutions for SAP HCM and S/4HANA Payroll, including reports, enhancements, interfaces, wage type processing, payroll schemas, and rules.
- Support SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP Payroll integration and replication frameworks such as Business Integration Builder.
- Build and maintain interfaces using IDocs, APIs, and SAP CPI/BTP middleware.
- Manage HR master-data replication and resolve employee, organizational, payroll, and replication inconsistencies.
- Debug payroll runs, schema execution, payroll posting to Finance programs, and replication issues.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, go-live support, performance optimization, development standards, and documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated as required, with the additional information specifying a minimum of 4 years in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Hands-on experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, PNP/PNPCE logical databases, payroll clusters, and payroll results tables.
- Experience with BAdIs, user exits, IDocs, web services, APIs, and HR forms such as Adobe Forms or SmartForms.
- Exposure to Business Integration Builder or similar replication frameworks and SAP CPI/BTP middleware is preferred.
- Strong payroll debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
