Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic headhunting automation system.
- Own projects from concept through production deployment.
- Develop software with TypeScript and React and work with Clera’s AI technology stack.
- Iterate on the product based on customer feedback.
- Balance rapid prototyping with scalable, high-quality engineering as the product grows.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset and willingness to take full ownership of projects.
- Willingness to work intensely and in person from Clera’s hackerhouse in San Francisco.
