Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop core decision-making, behavior-planning, and motion-planning algorithms for autonomous trucks.
- Improve strategies for highway merges, lane changes, and low-speed industrial operations.
- Design and implement solutions to complex robotics problems.
- Work with a production-level codebase focused on modern C++.
- Deploy code on autonomous trucks operating in real-world environments.
- Solve problems involving motion planning, decision-making, trajectory optimization, optimization, and computational geometry.
- Collaborate with and receive mentorship from robotics engineers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Strong C++ and Python programming skills.
- Strong knowledge of kinematics, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Ability to solve basic optimization and computational geometry problems.
- Solid understanding of motion planning, decision-making, and trajectory optimization for autonomous systems.
