Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Lead at least three end-to-end Blue Yonder Transportation Management implementations.
- Provide expertise across BY TMS modules, transportation transformation programs, and BY TMS Cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
- Lead large-scale implementations, distributed teams, client engagements, solution architecture, delivery governance, pre-sales, and practice development.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, integrate transportation management systems with enterprise applications, and improve software performance and code quality.
- Make decisions across multiple teams, evaluate and integrate new technologies, and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Blue Yonder Transportation Management is required.
- Experience with at least three end-to-end BY TMS implementations.
- Deep expertise across the Blue Yonder Transportation Management landscape and transportation transformation programs.
- Experience leading large-scale implementations, distributed teams, and client engagements.
- Strong solution architecture, delivery governance, pre-sales, practice development, influencing, advisory, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience across multiple BY TMS modules and with BY TMS Cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, scalable software architectures, troubleshooting, enterprise integration, performance optimization, and code quality assurance.
- Blue Yonder certifications are preferred, and One Network experience is a strong advantage.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
