Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Lead development of cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-powered services.
- Integrate and implement AI and LLM technologies within business applications and workflows.
- Architect scalable, resilient, secure solutions for large user populations.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Build and enhance deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across application, infrastructure, and AI solution layers.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solution strategies and deliver business outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical capability development across engineering teams.
- Establish architectural standards, development guidelines, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and champion innovative approaches that create measurable business value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- At least 5 years of related technology experience, including software engineering and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications.
- Experience building and delivering AI solutions for enterprise-scale environments and large user populations.
- Advanced expertise in AWS cloud services, GitHub, deployment pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or related programming languages.
- Experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions in production.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, scalable application design, observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, technical leadership, innovation, adaptability, and continuous-learning capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments and driving engineering best practices.
