Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for product quality, reliability, and performance.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and release validation testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to identify quality risks, improve testability, and support high-quality releases.
- Document and validate software defects, contribute to root cause analysis, and monitor quality metrics and release readiness.
- Improve test automation frameworks and tooling while promoting shift-left testing, CI/CD quality gates, and quality engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies, including testing web-based applications and APIs.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, defect management, and quality assurance practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and spoken English communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SaaS or cloud applications, API testing, performance testing, security testing, and AI-assisted testing tools.
