Responsibilities
- Design the trading system’s core order management protocol.
- Manage internal message processing.
- Develop and maintain connectivity to external trading destinations.
- Help ensure trades flow smoothly and at optimal speed across the high-performance trading system.
Requirements
- Mastery of modern C++ programming is required.
- Experience with Java programming is required.
- Between 1 and 3 years of work experience is preferred, with talented graduates considered.
- Extensive experience developing in a Linux environment is required.
- Experience with complex networking infrastructure, including TCP and UDP, is required.
- Strong understanding of computer performance analysis is required.
- Experience programming in high-transaction environments and low-latency systems is required or preferred.
- Experience with distributed and/or highly concurrent systems is a plus.
- Interest in trading and financial markets is required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Candidates outside banking and finance are preferred.
