Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across AI platform infrastructure.
- Develop and extend autonomous agents for the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the internal plugin marketplace with AI-native development practices.
- Implement Model Context Protocol services for AI-powered workflows.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate needs into solutions.
- Adopt agentic development practices and tooling.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in scalable backend services.
- Experience building or operating LLM-powered agents or AI-assisted tooling.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and interest in extending them.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior.
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong customer empathy and a drive to improve developer experiences.
