Responsibilities
- Build the company’s AI function from the ground up and scale its business impact.
- Launch and deliver AI initiatives across content, marketing, and support departments.
- Create and prioritize the AI roadmap with stakeholders.
- Develop, launch, and scale AI/ML models affecting user experience and business metrics.
- Define responsible AI practices covering data ethics, privacy, and explainability.
- Make key technical decisions that directly influence product outcomes.
- Build processes and teams for implementing AI across business functions.
- Hire and develop AI specialists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML.
- Prior experience launching models into production and scaling them.
- Experience with generative models and LLMs, including OpenAI API and LangChain.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP and modern pipelines.
- Ability to build processes from scratch and think in terms of product impact metrics.
- Proactive approach and willingness to make technical decisions that affect the business.
