Responsibilities

Develop incremental stability, recovery, scalability, and performance improvements.
Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance and availability of technology systems.
Optimize performance of production systems to address bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain automation systems and tooling for operations.
Provide level-2 support for incident response to ensure business uptime.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subject.
4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Software Reliability.
Hands-on experience in software development and providing L2 support.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with version control systems like git.
Experience working in a Linux environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience developing automation tools and implementing configuration management.
