Responsibilities

Design and develop secure authentication features, APIs, and fixes for current and future scale.
Own the technical integrity, architectural evolution, and long-term scalability of the core product.
Act as a technical steward for the codebase and proactively drive project success.
Use AI coding assistants for prototyping, boilerplate generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and edge-case simulation while auditing and securing generated code.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, customers, and support teams.
Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues.
Lead team discussions, mentor engineers, and improve team productivity.

8+ years of software development experience.
Experience creating public or internal APIs using Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Production experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement orientation.
Ability to prioritize user experience and maintain the security and integrity of authentication systems.
