Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the Kubernetes platform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define platform SLOs and manage reliability vs. velocity trade-offs.
- Enhance developer velocity with measurable improvements.
- Lead capacity planning and establish cost, security, and compliance guardrails.
- Write high-impact code and mentor teams to improve operational excellence.
- Integrate AI into the developer experience for faster and safer shipping.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and operating cloud platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, service mesh, and CI/CD.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and storage systems.
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools into platform engineering.
- Strong leadership in design reviews and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and responsible adoption.
