Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions for Campfire’s accounting platform.
- Automate financial workflows and build intelligent features that provide real-time insights.
- Prototype, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor AI and machine-learning models in production.
- Develop practical, customer-facing AI applications.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience deploying machine-learning models into production environments.
- Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face, including fine-tuning for real-world use cases.
- Ability to experiment, iterate, ship quickly, and take end-to-end ownership.
- Passion for applying AI to practical business problems and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design.
