Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain applications to meet user and business requirements.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support application fixes and version releases.
- Perform application integration, quality assurance, installation, and configuration activities.
- Provide user communication and resolve standard, moderately complex, and advanced application support requests.
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incident tickets and user requests.
- Work with developers, product managers, and business partners to align configurations with standards and project goals.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate software contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience integrating and utilizing AI models in software solutions.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
- Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery, and security.
- Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services, or integrations.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, OpenComponents, Java, Python, VB6, ASP, PROGRESS V9, C#, Delphi, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with .NET Framework, .NET C#, VB.NET, and .NET Core.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL for database design and management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with compliance solutions such as ADVICE.
- Preferred: understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes deployment strategies.
- Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred: experience breaking monolithic applications into microservices.
