Responsibilities
- Build and optimize end-to-end ETA prediction systems using the proprietary OneTrans Model and deep learning over spatio-temporal sequences.
- Design shipping-fee pricing, free-shipping, and subsidy-pricing strategies using causal inference and multi-objective optimization.
- Integrate fulfillment factors such as delivery speed and shipping cost into search and recommendation ranking algorithms.
- Develop impression allocation and dynamic consumer-presentation strategies to improve conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Train domain-specific LLMs using continual pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.
- Design and deploy AI agents using an Agent + Skill framework to diagnose and resolve user-facing and operational issues.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related highly quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Strong applied machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience with large-scale data and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with Spark or Hive SQL, TensorFlow or PyTorch, A/B testing, experimentation design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to translate complex, open-ended business problems into highly scalable algorithmic solutions.
- Deep expertise and industry experience in at least one area including spatio-temporal modeling, causal inference, search and recommendation, or LLM/generative AI.
- A strong track record of algorithmic innovation, such as publications at top-tier conferences including KDD, NeurIPS, WWW, SIGIR, WSDM, ICLR, or ICML.
