Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, reusable software components focused on performance and reliability.
- Translate product requirements into well-architected solutions and own features from design through delivery.
- Build intuitive, extensible user experiences with modern front-end frameworks.
- Develop new products and features and enhance existing product capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing into development workflows and create functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
- Participate in design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex systems, and optimize performance across the stack.
- Share engineering and quality best practices and promote craftsmanship, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with Angular, React, Vue, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, and TestNG, and with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model prediction validation, and inference consistency.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to critically assess how AI can support work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
