Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, and Falcon.
- Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific datasets and techniques.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Implement model pipelines with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
- Implement agentic AI solutions using Crew.ai or LangChain.
- Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to productionize GenAI models on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Use cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry and GCP Vertex.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and custom interfaces.
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance of deployed AI models.
- Stay current with GenAI, foundation-model, and open-source research and tooling.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor of Technology, B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA qualification as specified in the posting.
- Strong Generative AI, LLM, and transformer expertise.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with ML pipeline tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD for ML, including Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Preferred experience with RAG and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Preferred experience with Streamlit, Gradio, Docker, Kubernetes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, spaCy, NLTK, and Transformers.
- Experience fine-tuning models and working with small language models is beneficial.
