Base Salary
$125k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand pre-sales needs, guide AI strategy, and identify high-value use cases.
- Demonstrate solutions and recommend architectural patterns for implementation and development.
- Design and build proofs of concept and pilot use cases in a rapid development, iteration, and deployment environment.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve core products and solution offerings.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience in a software engineering role working in cloud environments.
- Strong experience in forward-deployed solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Experience in AI/ML environments, including MLOps, LLMOps, AIOps, and data pipelines.
- AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure certifications are preferred.
