Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, application development, model development, and systems implementation.
- Analyze, design, construct, test, implement, monitor, and support application systems and programs.
- Analyze complex application issues, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess application usage, functionality, and system design.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install systems and provide customer and operational support.
- Define operating standards and processes, follow required procedures, assess technology risks, and drive compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, or coach to senior stakeholders and lower-level analysts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of core Java, collections, multithreading, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Experience with core J2EE and Spring.
- Proficiency with Oracle RDBMS.
- Strong knowledge of microservices and design patterns or techniques.
- Hands-on experience with workflow technologies and strong understanding of Java application performance.
- Working knowledge of Gradle and Maven build and configuration tools.
- Familiarity with standard SDLC and Agile processes.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, plus working knowledge of consulting or project management methods.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and changing requirements, solve complex problems, and exercise independent judgment.
