Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design teams to enhance AI-enabled care experiences.
- Collaborate with the ML research team to implement cutting-edge AI techniques.
- Improve the physician-facing care platform by integrating AI tooling.
- Architect scalable backend systems for health data ingestion and client integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software, with 2+ years in startups or growth companies.
- Proficiency in React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis.
- Experience in building scalable applications for large user bases and enterprise clients.
- Strong commitment to personal and team engineering skill development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the field.
