$196k - $309k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape systems and technical direction across multiple quarters.
- Remain closely involved with architecture, experimentation, quality, and production systems.
- Work on model post-training, personalization and recommendation, and proactive or agentic experiences.
- Define approaches to ambiguous problems, align partners, drive execution, and bring solutions safely into production.
