Responsibilities

Support and improve Quote-to-Cash processes enabled through Salesforce.
Deliver assigned projects and enhancements on time using sound development practices.
Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, and integrations across applications.
Assess current implementations and contribute to roadmap planning.
Build strong working relationships with business partners across various departments.
Support testing efforts and help develop test plans based on business requirements.
Validate deployments impacting core systems and integrated tools before production release.
Document project requirements, system design details, and deployment information in JIRA.

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with experience in QTC functions.
Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, and Workflow Rules.
Experience with Zuora or Salesforce CPQ; RCA experience is a plus.
Team-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
