Requirements
- 8+ years of full-time engineering experience with a focus on back-end systems.

- Demonstrated independent ownership and leadership in multi-team projects.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization and deployment technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms and NoSQL/structured databases.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and CI/CD tooling.
