Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Evaluate and improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Document development processes and technical solutions.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and support junior team members through guidance and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 3 years of experience with Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Agentforce is mandatory.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
