Responsibilities
- Understand the current architecture and data to improve matching results.
- Adapt architecture to meet customer matching needs.
- Build entity resolution and match services for multiple applications.
- Drive software architecture and design for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a long-term roadmap.
- Implement solutions using low latency and relevancy with large-scale data systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in software development focused on large-scale backend services.
- Substantial experience with Java 8+ and frameworks like Spring.
- Proven experience building data infrastructures in a cloud-native environment (GCP or AWS).
- Strong expertise in designing and maintaining complex distributed systems.
- In-depth understanding of Elasticsearch or Solr and the Lucene framework.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
