Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and implement complete workstreams.
- Build frontend and backend components for production-ready applications.
- Integrate AI services and model APIs into applications while handling data securely and compliantly.
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and parallel task coordination.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs using disciplined development practices.
- Create rapid UX prototypes, iterate on UI flows, execute automated tests, and support performance testing and debugging.
- Work with advisory professionals to identify workflow bottlenecks and build usable, low-friction solutions.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience shipping production-ready applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and frontend frameworks.
- Active use of advanced coding assistants and agentic development tools.
- Experience using AI for testing, debugging, or code generation.
- Understanding of prompt engineering for development workflows.
- Preferred: experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with integrating LLM APIs into applications.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving build environments.
