Responsibilities
- Build systems that extract structured signals from resumes.
- Develop lead scoring models to predict interview success.
- Design AI recruiter workflows for candidate screening.
- Automate personalized outbound email and candidate engagement workflows.
- Build automation systems for customer security workflows.
- Automate security questionnaire and compliance response generation.
- Improve internal tooling for enterprise readiness.
- Create automated enterprise customer onboarding tools.
- Design internal systems to reduce manual operational overhead.
- Integrate with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Build workflow automation using tools like Zapier and n8n.
- Design LLM-powered systems using OpenAI and other models.
- Own API-based integrations across the company.
- Build HubSpot and Lark automations for sales efficiency.
- Develop lifecycle automation systems for customer engagement.
- Create targeted website personalization and ad content generation systems.
- Build email personalization and outbound automation pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 1+ year of startup experience with comfort in ambiguity.
- Strong software engineering skills in backend, full-stack, or systems.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents in production.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and operations.
- Preference for building systems over narrowly defined tasks.
- Desire to make a real-world impact.
