Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that extract structured signals from resumes, score leads, screen candidates, and automate recruiter outreach.
- Automate customer security workflows, compliance questionnaire responses, contract review flows, and enterprise audit tooling.
- Build accounts receivable, finance-email, customer onboarding, account setup, and other operational automation systems.
- Integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and other internal and external systems through APIs.
- Build workflow automations with Zapier, n8n, and Make.
- Design LLM-powered systems using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other models.
- Develop HubSpot and Lark automations for sales and marketing efficiency, customer engagement, retention, website personalization, advertising content, and outbound email.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of startup experience.
- Strong backend, full-stack, or systems software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience building LLMs or AI agents in production.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and operations in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Strong ownership and a preference for building systems with real-world impact.
