Responsibilities
- Own the product development process from concept to execution.
- Create a product layer that enhances AI usability.
- Transform complex workflows into seamless user experiences.
- Build a platform that supports recruiters' business operations.
- Design the candidate review and feedback experience for companies.
- Engage with users to gather feedback and insights.
- Define and develop new product features as the company expands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience building products end-to-end.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on customer problems.
- Ability to define product features rather than just execute on specs.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
- Attention to detail to create easy and delightful user experiences.
- Experience in a high-intensity, high-velocity environment.
