Responsibilities
- Deliver mobile features through spec-driven, agentic workflows with clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Design agent workflows, including boundaries, escalation points, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
- Curate repository maps, architecture summaries, decision logs, and reusable task templates for effective agent execution.
- Own delivery end to end by clarifying requirements, conducting technical research, engaging stakeholders, and removing blockers.
- Ship and maintain production iOS and Android apps across store submission, phased rollout, and crash monitoring.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Design on core mobile roadmap initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong native iOS development in Swift and native Android development in Kotlin, with hands-on experience shipping and maintaining production apps on both platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and platform fundamentals, including lifecycle, state, offline handling, performance, and memory.
- Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code across exploration, implementation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to decompose work into agent-executable units with clear constraints and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to identify and correct missing context, prompts, or planning artifacts when AI output is incorrect.
- Strong interest in the product and commercial context of the team.
- React Native or other cross-platform experience, including native modules and bridging, is desirable.
- Mobile CI/CD experience with Fastlane, code signing, and automated store deployment is desirable.
- Experience designing multi-step or multi-agent systems and human/agent handoffs is desirable.
- Experience instrumenting and evaluating AI workflows, including evals, regression checks, and cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs, is desirable.
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience is desirable.
