Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end, cloud-native enterprise solutions across application, data, cloud, and AI platforms.
- Architect scalable applications, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and high-performance data pipelines.
- Build, deploy, test, troubleshoot, and maintain application components across the full application stack.
- Drive DevOps automation using CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, mentoring, training, coaching, and performance management for development personnel.
- Manage technology standards, execution of the IT strategy and roadmap, and delivery quality across global teams.
- Enforce security, performance, compliance, observability, and system-optimization standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align requirements, technical strategy, and delivery risks.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering and architecture experience, with 12+ years of application development or systems analysis experience also cited.
- Strong experience architecting highly scalable enterprise applications and implementing successful projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Python, Angular or React, API design, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, security, performance optimization, and AI development or productivity tools.
- Experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable applications in financial services or another large, complex, and/or global environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and business-to-technology communication skills.
- Ability to independently design modules, own end-to-end delivery, work proactively, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Experience with observability and monitoring technologies is preferred.
