Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QA Platform.
- Make high-impact architectural and tooling decisions.
- Track adoption, usage, and developer satisfaction.
- Design and build reusable tools and frameworks for quality assurance.
- Extend and scale the current e2e testing framework.
- Build AI-driven testing capabilities and workflows.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base of QA best practices.
- Embed quality tooling into development workflows across product teams.
- Onboard teams into the shared quality ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Experience building internal platforms and developer tools.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-quality code.
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code.
- Product thinking focused on user workflows and pain points.
- Technical leadership experience influencing practices across teams.
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical vision.
