Responsibilities
- Identify and execute improvements to the code base for faster and safer AI agent operations.
- Collaborate with engineers in a low-process environment focused on trust and autonomy.
- Drive decisions and consensus asynchronously using AI for documentation and specifications.
- Orchestrate AI agents to build new features from UX to database with minimal oversight.
- Architect scalable solutions for efficiently launching new travel portals.
- Work with PMs and business partners to define and refine the product roadmap.
- Provide and receive high-level feedback for personal and team growth.
Requirements
- Proven ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows in software development.
- Expertise in designing technical guardrails and automated feedback loops for AI productivity.
- Strong product thinking with a focus on customer experience in software architecture.
- Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala.
- Natural drive to explore unknown code bases while delivering results quickly.
