Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++.
- Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions.
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems.
- Modernize and refactor legacy codebases.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Contribute to software quality, debugging, and system stability improvements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development.
- Strong expertise in modern C++ standards, including C++14, C++17, and C++20.
- Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience developing desktop applications.
- Practical experience with Qt, Make, Conan, MSVC, and CEF integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with AI-assisted coding tools, regulated software environments, a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and German language skills.
