Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, integration, implementation, and technical delivery for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects across multiple platforms.
- Approve technical solutions, development options, technical deliverables, documentation, and architecture diagrams.
- Resolve complex technical problems and anticipate issues through preventive technical action.
- Apply deep server-side development skills to optimize performance, secure architecture, database efficiency, API data flow, scalability, and resilience.
- Oversee functional, performance, and security testing and participate in design, code, and test life-cycle reviews.
- Serve as a technical liaison with stakeholders by communicating technical implications, risks, and solution strategies.
- Mentor staff and drive adoption of evolving technical standards, methodologies, architecture practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure deliverables comply with IT and Information Security policies and internal and external requirements.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or computer applications, or a master’s degree in computer applications.
- Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with responsive web development, API integration, and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with accessibility standards, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of backend integrations, database concepts, and application architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building digital banking platforms or client-facing financial services applications.
- Exposure to design systems and reusable component libraries.
