Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve RAN Traffic Control functionality, including mobility, traffic steering, and traffic handling.
- Perform system studies and develop technical concepts that translate requirements into RAN system solutions.
- Drive end-to-end systemization across RAN layers, the Core Network, and end-user services.
- Support the product lifecycle from technology exploration and architecture through implementation, verification, and field deployment.
- Collaborate with technical domains and customers on current products and future network evolution.
Requirements
- MSc or higher in a relevant technical field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, wireless communication, or RAN system architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent-working, collaboration, and English communication skills.
- Experience with mobility, traffic management, user-plane functionality, system development, systemization, or related technical roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI/ML and cloud technologies is an additional asset.
