Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain baseband software for the Physical Layer of 5G RAN products.
- Study, implement, verify, test, deliver, and maintain software features for 5G and future 6G solutions.
- Solve technical challenges in a real-time embedded software environment using C/C++ and Python.
- Use and evaluate AI and Agentic AI tools for software development, debugging, testing, analysis, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to customer acceptance and maintenance of existing products.
Requirements
- MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in embedded software and real-time systems.
- Solid programming skills in C/C++.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, initiative, curiosity, and collaborative working skills.
- Interest in AI-powered development tools and Agentic AI workflows.
- Knowledge or experience with 4G/5G wireless communications and 3GPP standards is valued.
- Knowledge or experience with digital signal processing, embedded software development, multi-core DSP programming, real-time systems, Linux, Python scripting, automation, or AI-assisted software development is valued.
