Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components in C/C++.
- Implement and optimize high-performance signal-processing algorithms and real-time embedded software.
- Analyze and improve software performance, cycle consumption, latency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate through code reviews, technical discussions, and feature development.
- Troubleshoot software issues and support verification activities.
- Learn how software interacts with specialized baseband hardware and multicore architectures.
- Apply modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted development.
- Gradually take ownership of software components and technical deliveries.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in C and/or C++.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and optimize software performance.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and willingness to learn complex technical topics.
- Interest in modern software engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
- Experience with signal processing, digital communications, wireless systems, embedded software, real-time systems, DSP programming, multicore architectures, performance profiling, 4G/5G technologies, or Radio Access Networks is meritorious.
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent hands-on software development through academic projects, thesis work, side projects, or programming competitions, is meritorious.
