Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain radio software in C++ within a complex embedded system containing software and hardware components.
- Work in a cross-functional team across the lifecycle from pre-study through release and customer acceptance.
- Investigate and fix difficult system problems while developing understanding of the radio product.
- Contribute to software system design and architecture principles.
- Develop and use test automation, preferably with Java, and support testing and troubleshooting in the radio domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Wireless Communication, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of meaningful software development experience; newly graduated candidates may also apply.
- Knowledge and experience programming with object-oriented languages including C++ and Java.
- Knowledge of hardware-near programming and competence in Linux.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Eclipse, and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of continuous integration, testing, and troubleshooting in the radio domain.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to broaden technical competence.
