Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major areas of the frontend codebase and lead architecture decisions.
- Design and implement new UI elements and workflows.
- Write, test, and ship high-quality code for new product features.
- Raise the bar for UX and design quality across the platform.
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams for cohesive experiences.
- Advocate for the customer by incorporating feedback into product decisions.
- Lead and mentor engineers, sharing knowledge and shaping engineering culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and scaling complex modern web applications.
- Deep understanding of frontend technologies and production-ready software.
- Strong design sensibility with a focus on end-user experience and accessibility.
- Ability to architect reusable UI systems and maintain consistency at scale.
- Specific framework or stack experience is not required; adaptability is valued.
