Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and support global production platforms for regulated banking applications in a follow-the-sun support model.
- Develop specifications, design and test complex infrastructure solutions, and implement system upgrades.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for web applications running on Linux, Apache, Tomcat, and load balancers.
- Lead implementations and production changes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy.
- Build scripting and automation using Ansible, Salt, Python, and PowerShell.
- Migrate legacy applications to Cloud Foundry and other cloud platforms.
- Support Kafka messaging, in-memory databases, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.
- Analyze cloud security, secrets management, and key rotation solutions.
- Use monitoring tools and maintain technical documentation to resolve operational issues and improve recovery.
- Direct daily risk and control operations and collaborate with technology, business, architecture, leadership, and service-provider stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technology infrastructure engineering and solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 3+ years of application production support for web applications in Linux environments using Apache, Tomcat, F5 LTM, and AVI.
- 3+ years of technical troubleshooting with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Glassbox, and Dynatrace.
- 3+ years leading production implementations and changes with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy.
- 3+ years of scripting and automation experience, including Ansible, Salt, Python, and PowerShell.
- 2+ years migrating legacy applications to Cloud Foundry and other cloud platforms.
- 2+ years of Kafka messaging and Apache Tomcat experience.
- 2+ years using in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- 2+ years of Kubernetes and OpenShift experience.
- Desired qualifications include Web Services, Perl or Shell, business continuity planning, Thousand Eyes, Synthetic Monitoring, application modernization, data center migration, Agile/Kanban/Lean, ITIL, cloud computing, PaaS design, microservices, containers, JIRA, and Microsoft Windows Server 2012–2016 experience.
- Ability to work on call, additional hours, and in a 24/7 environment.
