Base Salary
$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for internal applications.
- Build user experiences with React, TypeScript, and Python services.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion and Zip.
- Build durable workflows using Temporal or similar technologies.
- Apply AI models to enhance business workflows.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain partners to identify high-value problems.
- Ensure production quality through testing and monitoring.
- Contribute reusable application and workflow building blocks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building products from idea to production.
- Strong Python experience and comfort with backend services.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern web development.
- Experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
- Experience designing integrations and distributed systems.
- Care about product quality, reliability, and user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
