Base Salary
$145k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features end to end, owning them from design through production.
- Build reliable Python backend services for high-scale usage.
- Collaborate with PM and design to prioritize features and make scope tradeoffs.
- Maintain existing systems to ensure product reliability and team velocity.
- Set technical direction for projects, including architecture and sequencing of work.
- Elevate the engineering standards through code reviews and mentoring.
Requirements
- Experience shipping full-stack features from problem definition to production.
- Strong backend coding skills in Python and comfort across the full stack.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to define feature success and make tradeoffs.
- Experience raising the technical level of a team through architecture and mentoring.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
